The compare feature is a useful tool you can use to understand if you have an existing employee who may be a good fit for another role or to understand how all candidates, regardless of which job they applied for, match to the selected job role DNA.
Step 1- Click on Job Role DNA from the Dashboard
Step 2- Select a Job Role DNA
To manage a DNA, click on the Job Role DNA title
Step 3- Click Compare PATH Profiles on the right side of the screen.
Step 4- Review employee results
Here you can see how all employees' PATH results compare to the selected DNA. They are listed in descending score order by default. You can select each profile to see the details. The compare feature is a useful tool you can use to understand if you have an existing employee who may be a good fit for another role.
Please keep in mind that the scores are only as good as your data. Be sure that your DNA is fully calibrated and has enough participants.
Step 5- Review candidate results
Select the candidates radio button.
Now you can see how all candidate PATH results compare to the selected DNA. They are listed in descending score order by default. You can select each profile to see the details.
