Added wallet and package credit balances to the header of new booking and invoice management screens to give facilities quicker insights.

Added the ability to delete and edit wallet balances. Note that partially used balances cannot be edited.

Added the ability to configure individual slots for specific groomers. These slots can be used a visual indicators on the grooming calendar.

Owner data (User ID, email, phone, name, address)
