Outstanding Balance Visibility
We’ve added new functionality to make it easier to identify unpaid balances from past visits.
Dashboard
A red balance icon will appear next to the pet owner's if they have an amount due from previous visits.
Dashboard Side Panel
When opening a pet’s profile, you’ll now see an alert if they have outstanding balances from prior bookings.
You'll be able to navigate to the pet owner's purchases page to review these outstanding balances.
Pet Owner Profile
When opening a pet owner or pet's profile, you’ll now see an alert if they have outstanding balances from prior bookings.
A toggle allows you to filter and view only the visits with unpaid amounts.
Booking/Invoice Management
Unpaid balance alert will now appear in line with expired/missing vaccine and unsigned agreement alerts.

Report Card Photo Library
We’ve made it easier to select photos when creating Report Cards:
The photo library now supports continuous scrolling so staff can quickly browse and select from all available photos.
