October 2026 - What's New pt. 2

Written by Huong Pham

Group Walk-Ins

Check in a whole morning rush in one submit instead of booking dog by dog. Open it from the green lightning bolt in the left navigation

How it works

  1. Pick one offer.

  2. Search for families and add them to the batch.

  3. Check everyone in. Goose creates the reservations for you.

Retail

We made adding a retail item simpler!

  1. Create an offer

  2. Add a description

  3. Pick a category

  4. Set a price

  5. You're off and selling!

Operational dashboards

Pet Counts, Daily Close, and Grooming Statuses are now linked from the places staff already use them, the dashboard and the grooming schedule

Vaccine status and owner tags in the dashboard side panel

Open a pet from the dashboard to see its vaccine status (what's due or missing) and the pet owner's tags, without leaving the page.
