Faster Application of Package Credits
We’ve made it quicker and easier to apply package credits when processing payments. The system now automatically selects the package credit type and quantity that make the most sense for that payment. If needed, you can still update the selection manually before finalizing.
Report Card Photo Updates
We’ve made several improvements to the way photos are added and recommended when creating report cards:
Photo Selection
When adding photos to a new report card, you’ll no longer need to filter by date.
By default, photos from the most recent day are shown first. Selecting “Load more” will pull in photos from the next day that has uploads.
Photos continue to load day-by-day (from the last 10 days), but this is a step toward a smoother experience. An upcoming enhancement will further improve this by displaying 50 photos sorted by upload date, regardless of day.
Recommended Photos
A new “Recommended” section suggests photos based on the first image you select.
Recommendations appear in a separate bar as you’re making selections.
For this release:
Only the first selected photo is used to generate recommendations (additional photos aren’t factored in yet).
If the first selected photo is later unselected or deleted, recommendations still remain based on it.
Adding new photos after starting a report card won’t refresh the recommendations
❗ Future updates will allow recommendations to refresh dynamically and take all selected photos into account.
Membership Summaries
We’ve made improvements to how limited benefit memberships are displayed:
Pet Owner Portal (My Account): Membership details are now clearer and easier to understand, helping pet parents see exactly what’s included.
Goose Admin: The Limited Benefit Memberships summary view has been streamlined for staff, making it faster to review and manage membership usage.
