User Roles and Permissions

On Goose, you can give individual users access to specific portions of the Admin Portal.

Users are invited via their email address:

Users can have access to the following sections:

  • Front Desk

    • View the dashboard

    • Make and edit bookings

    • View the grooming schedule

    • View customer profiles

    • Use the messaging portal

    • Review the bookings list

    • Review and print task lists

  • Management

    • View and export reports

    • View and edit revenue management settings

  • Configuration Settings

    • View and edit offer settings

    • View and edit module settings

    • View and edit location set up

User Roles:

  • Admin

    • Has access to Front Desk, Management, and Configuration Settings

  • Manager

    • Has access to Front Desk and Management

  • Employee

    • Has access to Front Desk

  • Customer Associate

    • Has access to Front Desk with limited editing capabilities. This role cannot take the following actions:

      • Update a package credit expiration date

      • Override price at offer selection

      • Override price on payment screen

      • Add a comp to an invoice

      • Add a fee to an invoice

      • Edit the unit price on an invoice

      • Choose “other” payment method

      • Change or add an offer that requires price changes

      • Cancel an invoice
