The Goose booking platform will require Pet Owners to create a profile so that their personal and pet information saves with their email.
There are two ways for a pet owner to create a profile:
Create a Pet Owner profile within the booking flow
Create a Pet Owner profile within the booking flow
Navigate to the consumer booking page
Enter the dates of the stay
Click on "Enter details to search availability"
You will be prompted to "Look Up My Pets"
Click Skip for now At the bottom if the pet owner has never booked
Enter all of the pet information
Pet species
Pet name
Pet Breed
Pet weight
Click Add if there is more than one pet and fill out corresponding information
Select the package and any room upgrades or pet perks
You will be prompted with an option to add an email to continue
The email entered will receive a code
Enter that code in the pop up
Finish the booking by filling out personal details and payment information
Create a Pet Owner profile by clicking Sign In
Create a Pet Owner profile by clicking Sign In
Navigate to the Goose bookings consumer facing page
Click the Sign In in the upper right hand corner
Click Sign Up and enter:
Email Address
You will then receive an email with a verification code that looks like the following
Enter that that code into the verification section
Once the account has been created follow these steps to add personal information:
Click My Account on the upper right hand corner
A drop down will appear, select Manage Account
Under People, click the pencil next to Account Holder to add:
Your First and Last Name
Phone Number
Home/Billing Address
Under Pets, Click the +Add Pet to add
Species (Dog or Cat)
Name
Breed (Mut = Mixed Breed)
Weight
Date of Birth
Sex
Spayed/Neutered Information
Repeat Step 5 to add all of your pets in this section
Once you have added all of your personal and pet information, it will auto populate during the booking flow making it easy to click through to book the next stay.
