Booking a Reservation as a Pet Owner

Goose makes it very easy for pet owners to book reservations so you don't have to manage the phones all day.

Booking reservations as a pet owner is a straight forward process that allows them to do it on their time while still getting all the perks their pet deserves.

Steps to book a reservation:

  1. Navigate to the consumer booking page

  2. Enter the dates of the stay

  3. Click on "Enter details to search availability"

    1. You will be prompted "Look Up My Pets"

    2. If the pet owner has used Goose to book before the pet owner can enter their email

      1. They will receive an email with a code to enter in the pop up

      2. Once the code is entered their pet information will be pulled up

    3. If the pet owner has not used Goose before see instructions on how to create a profile - Pet owners can create a profile while booking for the first time

  4. Once the pet information is selected, pick the pets that will be staying and the number of rooms you require

  5. Click search to bring up available booking options

  6. Find the offer that best suits the pets staying and click select

    1. If there is more than one species or room there will be options at the top to click through those different offers

  7. Select any Room Add-Ons and click continue

  8. Select any Pet Perks with a specific amount of quantity and click continue

  9. Fill out your personal information and Arrival and Departure time if required or requested and click continue

  10. Add your credit card information and click book now

Pre-Register Your Pets to Save Time at Check-in

  1. After booking the reservation a page will pop up with an option to Pre-Register

    1. Click Pre-Register

  2. Enter all of the information for the first pet and click Send

  3. Repeat step 2 for all pets staying
