In your Sequence view, you will see the correct timings for each job, on the left side. It means that you will be required to be there BEFORE, AFTER, BETWEEN or FROM/TO a specific time:
BEFORE  | Always pickup or deliver BEFORE that time |
AFTER  | Always pickup or deliver AFTER that time |
BETWEEN  | You will be required to pickup or deliver BETWEEN the specified time (so neither BEFORE nor AFTER) |
FROM/TO  | This is likely to happen for a Shift Job, when you will be required to fulfil a specific time slot (From x to y) |
If you arrive in the correct time slot, you can wait up to 10 minutes before being able to cancel without a fee and/or charging for waiting time.
