Overview
Greenius sends weekly email updates to Managers to help track employee training progress. You can control whether individual Managers—or all Managers—receive these emails using the steps below. These steps control the weekly manager training-summary email only. They do not affect other Greenius notifications, such as recertification or training reminders.
Toggle Weekly Emails for an Individual Manager
Navigate to Settings > Managers
Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the Manager you want to update.
At the bottom of the screen, locate the Weekly Email section. If the Manager has Top Admin Access, you’ll see two toggle options:
Weekly Company Email: Shows training progress for all employees in the account.
Weekly Manager Email: Shows only employees assigned to that specific Manager.
Switch the toggle to On to enable email updates, or Off to disable them.
Toggle Weekly Emails for All Managers
Navigate to Settings > Training Settings > Recert & Exam
In the Edit Weekly Emails Settings section, set Managers Weekly Emails On/Off (data only for employees assigned to each Manager).
Company Weekly Emails is a separate toggle covering all employees.
Click Save Changes.
💡 Note: Even if you set this option to "No," you can still manually enable weekly emails for specific Managers under Settings > Managers. |
Troubleshooting
Weekly email lists employees who don't report to the Manager or who left: reassign each employee to the correct Manager (Employee Training > My Employees → open profile → Manager field → Save), or deactivate departed employees. Only Top Admins see all employees.
To stop the emails, use the in-app toggles, not the footer unsubscribe link: turn off per Manager under Settings > Managers, or account-wide in Exam and Recertification. Keeping the Manager list current avoids emails to people who've left.
