Your GreenPal account offers you the flexibility to manage lawn care services for multiple properties, making it an ideal platform for homeowners with multiple residences or rental properties. Here’s how you can efficiently manage multiple addresses and coordinate lawn services for each one.

Adding and Managing Multiple Properties

Setting Up Your First Property

Start by establishing lawn care services for your primary property. Once you've selected and hired your lawn company for this location, you can add more properties.

Adding Additional Properties

  • In your GreenPal account menu, look for the option "add a property." This feature allows you to manage more than one location.

  • After adding a property, you can request bids just as you did for the first one. You have the flexibility to hire the same lawn service provider or choose a different one for each property, depending on your preference and the vendors' service areas.

Switching Between Properties

  • Once you have added more than one location, you can switch between them by clicking on the address displayed in the header of your account page. This functionality helps you manage each property’s specific needs and monitor ongoing services.

  • Using a desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser for the best experience is essential, as the GreenPal mobile app may not support managing multiple locations effectively.

Tips for Efficient Management

Consistency with Service Providers

  • If your properties are close together (within 5 or 10 miles), consider using the same lawn service company for all locations. This can streamline communication and may even provide cost benefits.

  • Send your lawn service a text to notify them about all your properties and when you’re ready for bids on new locations.

Removing a Property

If you need to remove a property from your account:

  • First, ensure that all scheduled services at that property have been canceled to avoid any unwanted charges or confusion.

  • You can then remove the property by clicking the small 'X' near the property address in your account menu.

  • Please note that once you remove a property, it can never be added back to your account, so proceed cautiously.
