Unfortunately, the lawn companies who pay to market their company on the GreenPal network do not offer one-time cuts. They only take on weekly or bi-weekly clients until the grass stops growing at the end of the season, typically in October or November.

Most people don't know this, but when a lawn service mows for you the first time, it's an audition on good faith to earn you as a customer for ongoing mowings.

Why Do They Not Want One-Time Mowings?

  1. Consistency and Quality: Lawn services prefer regular clients because it helps maintain the lawn in optimal condition. An overgrown lawn can be more challenging and time-consuming to manage, affecting their efficiency and equipment.

  2. Business Efficiency: Regular clients allow lawn services to plan their routes more effectively, ensuring they can provide timely and consistent service.

  3. Service Guarantee: By committing to regular services, you ensure your lawn stays healthy and well-maintained throughout the season. This also guarantees the quality of service provided by the lawn care company.

What If I’m Not Satisfied?

The good news is, if you are not happy with the lawn service you hire, you can easily cancel and hire a different lawn service through your GreenPal account. Your satisfaction is a priority, and GreenPal's system allows you to make changes as needed.

How to Set Up Regular Service

If you'd like to set up regular service, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Your GreenPal Account: Navigate to the GreenPal website or use the mobile app.

  2. Select Your Service Frequency: Click the orange button and select either weekly or bi-weekly service to get set up on your lawn company's route.

  3. Confirm Your Schedule: Once you have chosen your service frequency, confirm your schedule to ensure your lawn is maintained regularly.
