If you’re connected to multiple studios in the Groovio app, you can easily switch between them. However, there are specific scenarios where studios might not appear in your list. This guide will walk you through switching studios and troubleshooting common issues.
Switching Between Studios
Open the Groovio App.
From the Home Screen, tap the studio name located at the top center of the screen.
A dropdown menu will appear, listing all the studios you are connected to. Select the desired studio to switch.
Troubleshooting Missing Studios
If you don’t see all your connected studios in the dropdown, here are some common reasons and solutions:
No Purchases Made at a Studio:
You may only see studios where you’ve completed a purchase. If you haven’t made any purchases yet, the studio may not appear in the dropdown.
Try booking a class or making a purchase at the missing studio to establish your connection fully.
Studio Transitioning to Groovio:
If a studio is in the process of migrating to Groovio, it may not appear until the transition is complete.
App Refresh Issue:
Try exiting the app completely and reopening it. This refresh can often resolve temporary glitches in displaying connected studios.
