As an instructor, setting your availability in Groovio is essential to ensure students and the studio can book you for private lessons and more. Without availability set, bookings cannot be made.
Recommendation: Update your availability weekly or monthly, as each date needs to be entered individually (weekly repeating availability is not currently supported).
Steps to Enter Availability:
Navigate to Staff Management:
Go to Groovio > Manage Studio > Staff Management.
Edit Availability:
Click the Edit (pencil) button next to your profile.
Add Date and Time:
Scroll to the bottom of the page, and enter your availability for each date and time.
Note: Availability times are based on the exact start time you enter. For example, if you set availability from 12 pm to 5 pm, bookings can only be made at the start of each hour, such as 12 pm or 1 pm, not at half-hour intervals.
Setting availability in advance ensures smooth scheduling and prevents missed bookings.
