All your sessions are not stored on your device, so you don't have to worry about it taking up space in your hard-drives (regardless of whether it is on the desktop app or the mobile app). The only data space it takes up is for the operation of the app itself.

If you run into a notification telling you that you're about to hit your recording limit and you want to renew your recording limit, deleting or archiving sessions will not give you more time in your limit. Once a session is saved, it contributes to that limit.

For those who are limited 5-hour or 30-hours of recordings, you can reset that by requesting at least three hours worth of cumulative professional human notes. Once you have done so, the limit will automatically reset once it hits the 5- or 30-hour mark.
