Sort your habits
You can use the sorting button above the habit list, on the right corner, for conveniently sorting your habits.
Sort Habits in the List viewโ
In the List view, habits are first categorized by their goal type or status, then sorted by the sorting option you choose. There are total 7 categories:
Good habits with goal per day
Bad habits with goal per day
Habits with goal per week
Habits with goal per month
Completed habits
Skipped habits
Failed habits
Within each category, you can sort your orders by following these steps
Click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) located in the top-right corner of the interface.
A pop-up menu will appear with several options.
Select your desired sorting preference from the list. The available options are:
My Habits Order: This is the current custom order you have set.
Alphabetical: This will sort your habits from A to Z (or potentially Z to A if there are sub-options).
Reminder Time: This option would likely sort the habits based on their scheduled reminder times.
Choosing any of these options will rearrange the habits in the main list accordingly.
Sort Habits in the Grid view
In the Grid view, your habits are sort by the choice of order regardless of their habit types, goal, and current's day status.
To sort your habits in the Grid view:
Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) located next to the "All Habits" title at the top of the grid.
When the pop-up menu appears, select your preferred sorting method.
The available options are:
My Habits Order: The current custom arrangement.
Alphabetical: Sorts the habits alphabetically.
Reminder Time: Arranges habits based on their reminder schedule.
Choosing one of these options will reorder the vertical list of habits on the left side of the grid.
My Habits Order: How to customize?
My Habits Order option will show your habit list following how you organize them in Preferences > Habits > Active. In this section, you can click & hold then drag your habit up & down to change their places within the list.
You also can re-arrange your habit order right on the grid view. Hover your mouse on the button near the habit icon, then click & hold, and drag your habits up or down to change its orders.
Archive your habits
To archive your habit:
Go to Edit your habit:
in Grid view: Click on the habit name > Click pen button (near the time filter above the dual calendar of the view)
in List view: Right click on your habit > Edit
In the Edit Habit pop-up, click the Archive button.
To unarchive the habit:
Navigate to the right side bar, click on Go to Habits
Access Archived section
Click & hold on the habit, then drag it to the Active section.
Delete your habits
To archive your habit, also go to Edit your habit.
Then, in the Edit Habit pop-up, click the Delete button.
Please note that once you confirm to delete it, the action cannot be undone.
