We are currently experiencing a temporary issue that prevents new users from connecting their Habitify account to Strava.
If you are trying to set up the Strava integration and receiving an error message (or the connection simply fails), please read the details below.
Why is this happening?
We have hit the maximum limit of users allowed to connect to the Habitify app on the Strava platform. This is a restriction set by Strava's system, and we have reached the current cap due to the high popularity of this integration.
What are we doing about it?
Our team is actively working directly with the Strava team to increase this limit. We have submitted the necessary requests to extend our capacity so that more users can connect.
When will it be fixed?
We expect this process to take approximately 1 week or more (starting from February 26, 2026).
Since this involves approval from Strava's side, we cannot provide an exact date, but we are pushing to resolve it as quickly as possible.
What should I do?
If you are already connected: You should not be affected. Your sync should continue to work as normal.
If you are trying to connect for the first time: You will need to wait until the limit is lifted.
Temporary Workaround: We recommend manually logging your distance or duration in Habitify for the next few days until the integration is back online.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we expand our capacity!
