Personnel

A personnel is anyone involved with, or working on a job, e.g. site operatives and supervisors. These can be added to your project RAMS, and will be saved in your Personnel library for future use. There are no limits on how many personnel you can add.

Note: you cannot invite users from the Personnel section. Please go to Settings > Users.

Users

Users are individuals, usually from your organisation, who have access to your HandsHQ account via their own unique login. This means they can view and edit projects on your account.

Depending on their permissions and division access, a user might also be able to edit the personnel library and Training register, manage users and edit the content library.

The only way to become a user on an existing account is to be invited, via email, by the HandsHQ team, or the account administrator from your organisation.

Note: only Pro and Enterprise customers have the ability to add more than one user onto their account.
