Summary: If you have the training register feature, you might want to get an overview of all your training, or easily share it all with auditors and clients. From the personnel section, you export a training matrix as a spreadsheet. This summarises all your personnel training, their expiry dates, and highlights what is missing.

Please note only account owners or personnel editors can access this section.

Download the training matrix

  • Navigate to the Personnel section

  • Click 'Download training matrix"

NEW: Division-specific downloads

If you have multiple divisions, you can now download the matrix for each division. If you are in the main division, you can choose if you want to download information across the entire account, or just the division you are in now.

You can also select if you want to include sub-contractor records, or not.

The download will start and you can save the file on your computer. The spreadsheet is then ready to open in Excel, Numbers or Google sheets.

The training matrix spreadsheet explained

Once you open the spreadsheet, it will look something like the example below.

The legend shows the differences between required and non-required training in the matrix. This gives you an easy visual overview if any expired training requires urgent attention.

The file is also split up between employees, active and inactive subcontractors, should you need to track your subcontractors training requirements separately.

If you need the latest version of your training information, simply just follow the steps above again and download a new matrix from HandsHQ.
