How eLearning is reflected in the HandsHQ Training Register
Certificates
Once personnel have completed the course, their training records will be automatically updated in Training Register, and a certificate will be uploaded.
A copy of the certificate will also be emailed to the personnel
Make sure to add expiry dates to the training, if you wish to do so
Please note: only the completion date is recorded automatically. Expiry dates will not be assigned to the eLearning training record, as these are not provided by iHASCO, and can vary from organisation to organisation. Please add these if you wish.
Training matrix
Courses with eLearning booked will be included on the training matrix as follows. How to download your training matrix from HandsHQ
Activity
The activity tab on a personnel's profile will show when eLearning was booked and recorded (the moment it was completed).
New: eLearning certificates now CPD verified
HandsHQ is now a CPD Member. This means eLearning course certificates are now verified by the CPD service (Continual Professional Development), giving further credibility and verification when you share your certificates with clients.
