Billing details, downloading invoices, and changing your payment method in Harbiz

  1. Go to Account Settings.

  2. Select My Subscription.

  3. Scroll down until you see the Payment Method section at the bottom of the page.

ℹ️ Important: Please note that any changes will only apply to future invoices and will not affect invoices that have already been issued.

How do I change my Harbiz plan?

  1. Go to Account Settings > My Subscription > Change Plan.

  2. Upgrading: When you upgrade your plan, you will be charged a prorated amount for the new plan immediately.

  3. Downgrading: If you decide to downgrade later on, the change will take effect on your next billing date. You will continue to enjoy your higher-tier plan until the end of your current paid period.

Does my plan cancel automatically if I stop using the platform?

No. As with any subscription service, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date to avoid future charges. You will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I exceed my plan's client limit?

The platform will notify you immediately so you can adjust your client list (by archiving or deleting clients) and prevent any automatic changes to your plan.

If no adjustments are made within 48 hours of exceeding the limit, the platform will automatically upgrade you to the plan that fits your active client count. This ensures your access isn't interrupted and your service continues smoothly.

Do archived clients count toward my plan limit?

No. Archived clients are not considered active. When you archive a client, they lose access to their profile and won't count toward your plan limit, but their data will remain safely stored in the system. You can reactivate them at any time. If you prefer to delete them permanently, you can do so directly from the archived clients section.

Only clients currently listed as active will count toward your plan's limit.
