Set container location pins on the map for configured services, or set them in bulk for a route in the route manager.

Configured Service

Setting container locations is available for you to do on the Map section of your customers configured service. This will allow you to clearly mark where on a property there is a container, or multiple containers.

To set this for a customers configured service, navigate to the customer and select the services tab. Click the configured service to open the service information.

Select the Map on the left side to view the customer on the map, zoom in if necessary. You can now select each container and drag it to the location on the property where the container needs to be accessed. Once you've got the containers in the desired location, select 'Save Changes' to save the new locations.

Bulk Change Container Location

To change container locations in bulk, navigate to Routes in the top navigation and select the 'Bulk' button the upper right. A menu will drop down, select 'Change Container Location'.

Select the route and date you want to change the container locations for and click 'Next'.

Similar to the other bulk features, you can select a customer on the left to zoom in, or manually zoom in. Once viewing the location you need to, you can drag and drop container pins to locations on properties as needed. You can do this on multiple accounts at a time. Once you complete moving the containers to where they need to be click the 'Update' button to save all changes made from this view.

** PLEASE NOTE: For container pins to show on the web, they must be added in the app first. This is done in the app when the driver clicks the "!" to set an exception and selects 'Set Location'
