Specs:
The postcards have two printable sections.
Left area 3.75 inches x 2.83 inches
Right area: 2.25 inches x 2.83 inches tearable portion
11 x 8.5 sheet of paper
The far left area is not for the printer, it’s to be torn off and thrown away / recycled
Once you’ve created your postcard Invoice Group in Hauler Hero, click the 3 dots to “Generate Bulk Print Data.” Click the 3 dots again to “Download Bulk Print Data.” This will download a JSON file. Next, go to the postcard converter link to upload and convert the JSON file.

In the PO Box line, you ONLY need to put the numerical digits of the PO Box
On this page, you have the ability to add a note that’ll populate on each postcard. If your company has been assigned a unique permit number from USPS that allows you to send large volumes of pre-paid mail, enter that in the Permit # field. This will be printed on each postcard. Next, click “Upload File” and select the JSON file previously downloaded from Hauler Hero. Then select “Upload & Generate PDF.” This generates and downloads a pdf of the postcards that you can print on the postcard paper.
