Managing a large number of routes can be challenging, but our updated Route Manager feature empowers users to navigate and optimize their routes with ease. By introducing powerful new filtering options, we’ve made it simpler to identify and prioritize the most relevant information, saving you time and boosting operational efficiency.
Streamlined Route Management
The Route Manager page is designed to help users oversee their routes effectively, especially when handling a high volume of routes. Our existing filters—Business Lines, Methods, and Route Names—allow users to narrow down routes based on core operational categories. These filters help you quickly focus on specific business segments, delivery methods, or named routes, ensuring you’re working with the most relevant data.
New Filters for Greater Precision
To further enhance your ability to manage routes, we’ve added a suite of new filters: Tags, Work Order Status, Action, Measure, Materials, Exception Types, and Photos. These additions provide granular control, allowing you to pinpoint exactly the information you need.
Tags: Filter routes by custom tags to group and prioritize based on your specific workflows (e.g., “Urgent” or “High-Value Client”).
Work Order Status: View routes by the status of associated work orders (e.g., “Open,” “In Progress,” or “Completed”) to track progress in real time.
Action: Isolate routes requiring specific actions, such as delivery, removal, or swap, to streamline task assignments.
Measure: Filter by metrics like volume or weight to optimize load planning and resource allocation.
Materials: Focus on routes involving specific materials, ensuring compliance with handling requirements.
Exception Types: Identify routes with issues (e.g., delays or missing assets) to address problems proactively.
Photos: Filter routes with attached photos for visual verification, ideal for inspections or quality control.
