Configured Services

This guide explains how to add a new service to an existing customer's account. Following these steps allows you to accurately configure, schedule, and bill for the services you provide.

1. 🔧 Creating a Configured Service

  1. From the customer's account page, navigate to the Services section.

  2. Click the plus (+) icon on the far right of the Services header to add a new configured service.

2. Use the Filter options to select a service type:

- Recurring Service (e.g., Residential Weekly, 96-gallon cart).

- On-Request Service (e.g., Roll-Off Delivery).

3. Select the Priced Service

4. Set the quantity (if applicable)

5. Set service tags (if applicable)

6. Click Create Draft (scheduling comes later)

2. 🗓 Scheduling a Recurring Service

1. From the Draft Services section, select the edit button next to Service Details.

2. Set:

- Start Date

- Service Day of the Week

3. Select SAVE or SAVE & PUBLISH

Save allows you to save the service as a draft. This will not create Work Orders or publish the service.

Save & publish will save the service as active and create the recurring work orders.

** DO NOT SELECT THE EVENTS SECTION TO CREATE/SCHEDULE YOUR RECURRING SERVICE **

3. 📦 Scheduling On Request services

1. After selecting the Service, apply Quantity / Price Change (if applicable), action and select the schedule date at the top.

2. Select Publish Now to schedule the work order

3. Additional Events can be added once the service is published.

1. Open a published service & select the Fees & Taxes button

2. Scroll to the Disposal Fees section.

3. Add materials (e.g., Tires, Tonnage).

4. Add disposal ticket information through the Work Order

6. 📦 Setting Container Quantities (Residential/Commercial Services)

**At this time, quantity is not recommended for On Request services**

1. Open a recurring service (e.g., 2-yard recurring / 96gal).

2. Add containers.

3. Specify container IDs or locations.

4. Quantity will display in:

- Mobile app

- Invoices

1. Assign the customer to a route.

2. In the mobile view:

- See container quantities.

- Add exception photos per container.

- View and interact with scheduled stops.
