What are tracking links
Tracking links are special URLs that let you monitor the performance of individual influencers. When a follower clicks or makes a purchase through that link, Heepsy can track:
Clicks
Orders
Sales revenue
How to generate a tracking link
Add the creator to a project.
Go to that creator’s card.
Click on “Create tracking links” section.
Enter the URL you want to track (e.g., product page, campaign landing page).
Share a "Link to share" with creator.
Heepsy will create a custom affiliate link tied to that specific creator.
How sales and orders are tracked
To track actual orders and revenue:
You must integrate your store via:
Shopify
WooCommerce
Once integrated, tracking links will automatically report:
Clicks;
Conversions;
Value of sales attributed to each creator.
To see the data click on the "See details" within your tracing link options.
Without store integration, you’ll only see click data, not sales or order information.
