After sending your proposals, you can easily keep track of the status of your applications in the My Proposals section.

When a brand receives your proposal, they have 2 options:

  • Respond and start the negotiation via Messages. This will also enable the message bubble icon under the Actions column so you can freely contact them.

  • Reject your proposal. This action will move your proposal to the Ignored tab. You won't be able to contact the brand again for that specific collaboration.

Upon receiving a response from the brand regarding a proposal, the review button becomes activated. This allows you to share your experience collaborating with the brand.

What's the next step if I am applying to a gift campaign?

We value your participation in our platform and want to ensure that all collaborations are successful. Please make sure to comply with the terms of your proposal after receiving a gift. Failing to deliver agreed-upon content may result in penalties, including potential restrictions on your account. Let's keep our community thriving with reliable and rewarding partnerships!

What's the next step if there's a collaboration payment fee?

Visit the Payments section and locate the rows marked "Confirmation pending”. Then, click the "Get paid" button.

Complete your billing information. For international transactions (outside of Spain), we strongly recommend adding a valid PayPal account to expedite payment processing.

After you have provided your billing information or uploaded a self-created invoice, Heepsy will process the flat rate transfer within the next 3-4 business days.

Review. Finally, both parties have the option of evaluating the collaboration experience. Reviews are public and accessible by other brands.

NOTE: Wait until the brand has deposited the payment for a paid collaboration to produce your content.
