Managing your subscription plan on Heepsy is crucial to ensuring you have the right features and support for your influencer marketing needs. This guide will walk you through the steps to view, upgrade, downgrade, and update your subscription plan.
Accessing Subscription Plans
Log In to Heepsy
Log in to your Heepsy account using your email and password.
Navigate to Account Settings
Click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
Select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Go to Billing & invoices
In the Account Settings, navigate to the "Billing & Invoices" section to view your current plan details.
Viewing Your Current Plan
Plan Details: See information about your plan type (Starter, Plus, or Advanced), billing cycle, and next billing date.
Usage Information: Check your current usage to understand how many features you’ve utilized and how many are still available.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
Change Plan
Click on the "Change Plan" button within the Subscription section.
Select a New Plan
Choose the desired plan from the available options (Starter, Plus, or Advanced). Each plan comes with different features tailored to various needs.
Follow On-Screen Instructions
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade or downgrade process. This may include confirming your choice and entering payment details if there’s a change in the subscription fee.
Confirm Changes
After confirming, your subscription plan will be updated immediately, and you’ll have access to the features included in your new plan.
Updating Payment Information
Edit Billing Information
In the "Billing Information" section, click on the "Edit" button to update your payment details.
Enter the new Details
Enter your new payment information, including credit card number, expiration date, and billing address.
Save Changes
Click "Save" to apply the changes. Your new payment information will be used for future billing cycles.
Viewing and Downloading Invoices
Access Billing & invoices
In the Subscription section, scroll down to see all invoices generated for your plan.
View Invoices
Here, you can view all past invoices for your subscription plan.
Download Invoices
Click on the "Download" button next to each invoice to save a copy for your records.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Cancel Plan
If you need to cancel your subscription, click on the "Cancel Plan" button in the Subscription section. After the plan is cancelled, you will keep access to the platform until the last billing cycle expires.
Follow On-Screen Instructions
Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. Be aware that Heepsy has a no refund policy which is outlined in our Terms of Services. These terms are accepted upon account creation.
