I own a practice, how can I onboard my clinic onto Heidi?

If you're a practice owner and would like to onboard your clinic to Heidi, you are welcome to book a 1-1 call with a member of our friendly team here.

Heidi works alongside your existing systems, and you are easily able to copy and paste your clinical notes and documentation wherever you need them. Also, training materials and resources will be provided to help you and your staff make the most out of the tool, enhancing patient interactions and streamlining documentation. We are actively working on creating integrations with various practice management softwares and we are hoping to achieve this within the next few months!

Can multiple users in my clinic use Heidi?

They sure can! We will create one main account to house team billing. Each user in your practice has their own account with their sessions, notes etc. You can read more about team billing and clinic groups here.

Does Heidi Integrate with other systems like EMR?

Currently, Heidi is a stand-alone product. The solution at the moment is to copy notes into your EMR. Heidi has been designed to make copying your posts easy. Click on copy in the session so you can copy the consult notes, then paste them into your practice management software.

We are actively working on integrations with different EMR systems. If you would like to discuss an integration with your EMR, please get in touch - we'd love to chat!

How do Telehealth sessions work in Heidi?

Currently, Heidi does not integrate with any conferencing platforms. We are a stand-alone tool located in your web browser. As an alternative, you can open Heidi in another browser to transcribe your live meeting notes!

At the moment, Heidi doesn't support headphones/earphones for telehealth consults. The current fix for this is to have your telehealth session play out loud/on loud speaker and have Heidi set up on another device to listen and record the conversation.

Another workaround for telehealth consults is you can try using this to record audio. If the consult is on Zoom, you can use this.

Then, use Heidi after the visit by uploading the recording of the consult in a supported audio file format such as MP3, WAV, M4A, etc.

It is in our roadmap to make Heidi compatible with headphones and earphones for telehealth, it is something we are currently working on!
