How Can I Get My Team on Heidi?

To get your team on Heidi we recommend creating a Heidi account for each user, if you want the same billing details you can save this to each account. If you have any issues, reach out to our support team, in the chat bubble or through the email hello@heidihealth.com.au

We are working on a way to streamline the process of team billing. In the mean time, if you have a team of up to 5 we ask that you set up an individual user account for each. If you would like to set up more accounts you can reach out to support and we can assist.

Do you offer team billing?

Our team billing works by setting up the same billing details to multiple users. For team billing of clinics and clinic groups, we charge per user. If you would like to discuss a discount you can reach out to our support team.

Coming soon we will be able to group teams under the same billing account and offer deals. If you want to hear more about this then reach out to our support team.
