How do I speak to a support agent?

If you need help from a support agent, you have two options to reach our team.

Live chat

You can contact an agent through our Intercom web chat. If you're already in the chat, type "Talk to agent" to be directed to one.

Live chat with a human agent is available 24 hours on weekdays and at select hours during weekends. If you reach out outside of these hours, your message will be picked up by the team as soon as they're back online.


Email support

Send your request to support@helloatlas.io. Email support is available 24/7. Our team checks emails daily and will get back to you as soon as possible.


Tips for faster resolution

To help our team resolve your issue quickly, include the following when reaching out:

  • Your store URL or the email address associated with your account.

  • A clear description of the issue, including what you were trying to do and what happened instead.

  • Screenshots if possible. Visuals help our team understand the problem faster than text alone.

  • Any troubleshooting steps you've already tried, so we don't cover the same ground.

The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can get to a resolution.
