The Atlas tracking page is a template designed to display tracking information, but Atlas itself does not provide shipment tracking data. That data comes from apps that integrate with carriers and update tracking statuses.
How to make the tracking page work:
Install a Shopify tracking app (such as Track123, Parcel Panel, or Rush)
Follow the app’s instructions to connect your shipping carriers and sync order tracking numbers
Link the app’s tracking data to your Atlas tracking page, or use the app’s widget/embed option directly on the page
