You can upgrade or downgrade your Atlas plan anytime through the app.

Here's how to change your plan:

  1. Open the Atlas app in your Shopify admin.

  2. In the left-hand sidebar, click Subscription.

  3. You’ll land on the Subscription tab with a full comparison of available plans.

  4. Click Upgrade or Downgrade under the plan you want to switch to.

Changes take effect immediately, and Shopify will automatically update your billing. You won’t be double charged — Shopify prorates upgrades and applies the difference to your next invoice.

Do I have to pay the full price for a new plan if upgrade my plan?

No, you'll only need to pay the difference between your current plan and the new one, not the full price of the new plan. For example, if you move from the Basic Plan ($29/month) to the Pro Plan ($49/month), you'll only pay the additional $20/month for the upgrade.

This ensures you get access to additional features like bundle upsells and more credits without paying twice for the same billing period.

What are the differences between plans?

  • Basic ($29/mo): Great for testing products. Includes 50 credits/month, Atlas theme, and support — no upsells or AI photos.

  • Pro ($49/mo): Most popular. Includes 150 credits/month, upsells, AI photo tools, and everything in Basic.

  • Expert ($129/mo): Best for high-volume testing. 450 credits/month, lowest credit cost, VIP support, and full feature access.

You can also toggle between monthly and yearly billing at the top of the subscription page (yearly saves 30%).

Will I lose anything if I downgrade?

No — your data and theme stay intact, but certain features (like upsells or AI photos) may be disabled depending on your new plan.

Can I change my plan again later?

Yes. You can switch plans as often as needed.
