Yes. Atlas is designed to work with the store and theme you already have. It generates pages and publishes them into your existing Shopify theme, and it adds bundle offers and a cart drawer on top of what is already there. Nothing about your current store is replaced.
What Atlas adds to an existing store

What it does not change
Your theme. Atlas has not generated or imported themes since February 25, 2026. It publishes into the theme you have.
Your other pages. Only the pages you publish through Atlas change. Your collection pages, blog, about page and everything else are untouched.
Your products. Atlas can create a product when you build from an external URL, but it does not modify products you already have.
Your checkout. Atlas applies discounts through Shopify's cart and checkout but does not alter the checkout itself.
Trying it without risk
💡 Duplicate your theme in Shopify, enable the Atlas extensions on the copy, and publish a test page into it. You can preview the result on a real storefront without a single customer seeing it, and publish the copy only if you like what you see.
