- Can I add custom code to pages Atlas builds?Yes. Atlas pages become normal theme templates, so you can edit them in the Shopify theme editor, but republishing from Atlas will replace your changes.
- Can I use Atlas on a store I already built?Yes. Atlas publishes pages into the theme you already use and does not replace your store.
- Can I use Atlas on more than one Shopify store?Yes, but each store needs its own Atlas installation and its own subscription. Nothing is shared between them.
- Does Atlas handle products, inventory or fulfillment?No. Atlas can create a product from a URL so a page has something to sell, but pricing, stock, shipping and fulfillment stay with you and Shopify.
- Can I move my Atlas subscription to another store?No. Subscriptions are tied to the Shopify store they were bought on. Cancel on the old store and subscribe on the new one.
- Does Atlas work with multiple currencies?Prices displayed by Atlas follow your Shopify currency settings. Amounts you type in yourself, such as thresholds, are entered in one currency.
- What languages does Atlas support?Three different lists: the languages Atlas writes pages in, the languages it translates variations into, and the languages the Atlas interface is available in.
- How does the Atlas affiliate program work?Earn 30% recurring commission for every merchant you refer. Separate from the referral discount, which reduces your own bill.
- How do I contact Atlas support?Start a chat from the Support center in the app, or email support@helloatlas.io. Type "Talk to agent" in chat to reach a person.
- What happens to my data if I uninstall Atlas?Published pages stay in your theme. Uninstalling does not cancel your subscription, and Shopify will still collect anything outstanding.
- What Shopify plan do I need to use Atlas?Any paid Shopify plan works. What matters more is your theme, since Atlas needs app blocks and app embeds.
