By the end of this you will have one AI-written product page live in your Shopify theme. It takes about five minutes, most of which is Atlas writing. This is the shortest path, making the simplest choice at each step. Every option it skips is covered in How to generate a product page.
You need a product already in your Shopify catalog, and a theme to publish into.

Step 1: Start a new page
Open Atlas from your Shopify admin.
On the dashboard, select
Create new, thenProduct pages.Create a project and name it after your brand. A project holds everything Atlas learns about one brand, and you cannot build without one.
Step 2: Pick a product
Select browse your Shopify catalog and choose a product you already sell. For a first page this is the choice that cannot go wrong, and the page you publish will replace that product's existing page.
You can also paste a product link from another site and let Atlas read it. That is the route for adding new products, and it has more that can go wrong, so save it for your second page.
Step 3: Choose a template
Select Use my theme, then pick your live theme and its product layout. The new page will match the rest of your store.
The pre-built template library is the other route, and worth trying once you have seen what Atlas does with your own design.
Step 4: Skip research, this time
This step lets you upload a document describing your customer, and it is the single thing that most improves the result. Skip it on your first page so you can see what Atlas produces from the product alone, then add research to the project and build a second page. The difference will show you exactly what the research is for.
Step 5: Build
Check the Summary panel on the right shows your project, your product and your template, then start the build. A single page takes about two minutes.
💡 You can leave while it builds. The build runs on Atlas's servers, so closing the tab does not stop it, and the finished page is waiting in your dashboard when you come back.
Step 6: Review and publish
Atlas opens the finished page in its editor. Read it through. To change any copy, select a section on the left and edit its fields.
Then:
Select
Publish pages.Choose your live theme.
Read the warning. Publishing replaces the current product page for that product on the theme you chose.
Select
Publish.
You will see Import successful. Open the product on your storefront and there it is.
💡 Publish it rather than saving a draft. A live page produces real numbers, and it surfaces any theme problem while you have time to fix it rather than in the middle of a campaign.
If publishing is blocked
If you see Enable Atlas in your theme to publish, the Atlas Page Builder app embed is off for that theme. Select Activate app embed, press Save in the theme editor that opens, and Atlas re-checks on its own.
