Any paid Shopify plan works with Atlas. Atlas does not require Shopify Plus or any particular tier. What actually determines whether Atlas works well on your store is your theme, not your Shopify plan.
What Atlas needs from Shopify

ℹ️ The Online Store sales channel is the one to check. Stores set up for wholesale or point of sale only may not have it, and without a storefront there is nowhere for Atlas pages to go. Add it in Settings, then Apps and sales channels.
What matters more than your plan
Your theme. Atlas adds two app embeds and one app block. A theme that does not support app blocks on the product template cannot show bundle offers. See Choosing a theme that works well with Atlas.
Your checkout. Atlas applies discounts through the Shopify cart and checkout. A third-party checkout that bypasses them will not receive Atlas discounts, whatever Shopify plan you are on.
Your other apps. Only one bundle app and one cart drawer app can run on a store.
Development stores
Development stores can install and use Atlas for testing, and are not billed while they remain development stores.
Your Atlas subscription is separate
Atlas costs $39 a month plus usage, billed through Shopify but entirely separate from what you pay Shopify for your plan.
Your Shopify plan does not change your Atlas price, and your Atlas subscription does not change your Shopify plan. See Understanding your Atlas subscription.
