Atlas has one plan: $39 a month, with every feature included. On top of that you pay for usage in three areas, and only once you go beyond what the base plan includes. There are no feature tiers, nothing is locked behind a higher plan.

There is no higher plan to upgrade to, no cheaper plan with fewer features, and nothing to pre-purchase. Everything Atlas does is available on the base plan from day one.
What is included, and what usage costs
Every feature is included. On top of the $39 you pay only for usage, in three independent categories, and only once you go beyond what the plan includes each billing cycle:

Go beyond an allowance and that category moves to a higher tier with a fixed monthly charge. It is a tier, not a per-unit rate: the eleventh published page and the fifteenth cost the same, because both put you in the same tier.
ℹ️ The three allowances are independent. Exceeding one does not affect the others, so you can be in a higher pages tier while staying in the included tier for bundles and cart orders.

Where to see your subscription
Select Subscription in the Atlas menu. The page is titled Subscription, subtitled Manage your subscription and check usage rates, with two tabs:

How you are billed
Through Shopify. Atlas charges appear on your Shopify bill alongside your Shopify subscription and any other apps, and are paid by whatever payment method you have on file with Shopify.
Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribed, not on the first of the month. If you subscribed on the 12th, your usage counters reset on the 12th.
⚠️ This is the most common source of confusion about the numbers. Your dashboard shows calendar-month revenue while your usage page shows billing-cycle usage. They will not match unless you happen to have subscribed on the first.
What is not part of your Atlas bill
Your Shopify subscription. Separate, paid to Shopify.
Other apps. Separate, even though they appear on the same Shopify bill.
Transaction fees. Shopify's, not Atlas's.
Anything you spend on ads, products or shipping. Atlas has no involvement.
