⚠️ As of February 25, 2026, Atlas no longer generates or imports themes. If you already have the Atlas theme installed, your theme is unaffected and everything in this article still applies. New users can use Atlas to generate pages and import them into any Shopify theme.
Sections and blocks are how you build a page in the Shopify theme editor. Sections are the horizontal bands down a page; blocks sit inside them. App blocks are blocks provided by an installed app, including the Atlas Bundler.

Adding a section
Open the theme editor and select the template you want, using the selector at the top.
Select Add section.
Choose a section type.
Configure it in the right-hand panel.
Select Save.
Adding an app block
App blocks come from apps you have installed.
In the theme editor, find the section you want the block inside.
Select Add block.
Choose the Apps category.
Select the block.
Position it and select Save.
ℹ️ An app must be installed before its blocks appear. If you cannot find a block you expect, confirm the app is installed and that it provides theme blocks at all. Not every app does.
Adding the Atlas Bundler block
The Bundler block is what makes bundle offers visible on product pages, and it works the same way on the Atlas theme as on any other.
Open your product template in the theme editor.
Select Add block in the main product section.
Under Apps, choose
Atlas Bundler.Drag it directly above the add to cart button.
Select Save.
⚠️ Add it to every product template your bundled products use, not just the default one. A block on one template does nothing for products using another.

Reordering and hiding
Reorder by dragging sections and blocks in the left panel.
Hide using the eye icon on a section, which removes it from the page while keeping its content.
⚠️ Hidden sections still count towards Shopify's block limit. If you are hiding sections to tidy a page and are anywhere near the limit, delete them instead.
Watching the block limit
Shopify allows 300 blocks across a theme's JSON templates. Every section and every block counts, including hidden ones.
Signs you are close:
Add section or Add block stops working
Atlas publishing fails with
Your theme has reached Shopify's 300-block limit.
To free space, delete unused sections, remove old product templates nothing uses, and clear out blocks left behind by apps you have uninstalled.
