Updating your personal details in the HelloHacker portal is quick and easy. You can access your profile settings in two ways:
Click the user icon in the top-right corner, then select User profile from the dropdown menu.
Or go directly to this URL: https://portal.hellohacker.com/profile
Information You Can Update
On the profile page, you can modify the following fields:
Email – the address linked to your account
First Name – your given name
Last Name – your family name
Default Language – the language used in the portal interface
Default Timezone – your preferred time zone for date/time display
Mobile Phone – optional contact number
2FA Communication Method – how you receive two-factor authentication codes. You can choose between Email, Application and SMS.
Once you’ve made your changes, click Save to update your profile.
