Our collect review tools are made for asking your existing customers to publish a review about their experience with your business. 

While often enough reviews come in without prompting, it’s always a great idea to be proactive and ask your repeat, and new, customers to write about your business. 

It’s important to note, that reviews published without prompting from your business are usually negative due to human nature. While our studies show that a proactive collection strategy yields great results in attracting positive reviews - giving your Hellopeter Profile a more balanced representation of your business. 

Review Invites

In-mail Reviews

We believe the fewer barriers to entry for your customers to write about their experience with your business, the better. This is why our In-mail Review Invites feature is the easiest and most simple way to get your customers to publish reviews about your business.

This is because in-mail invites allow your customers to write and submit reviews right from their email, without ever leaving their inbox. So there’s no need for them to login or create a profile with Hellopeter. We do that for them. All your customer needs to do is write their review! They’ll do this from inside their email client which gets sent to them.

Which Packages can send In-mail reviews?

Available on all packages with the number of sends limited per subscription period. 

Landing page invites

Landing Page invites drive customers out of their email to your unique landing page where they can write and submit their review. There’s a limit on the number of sends depending on which Package you’re on. 

These invites will ask your customer to give a star-rating, within the mailer, driving them to a landing page to write a review - removing login or account creation friction. 

SMS review collection

Our SMS review collection tool is an added benefit of using our landing page and in-mail review option. If you upload the mobile number of your customers, they’ll also get an SMS inviting them to review. 

This doubles your chances of getting your loyal consumers to review your business. Make sure you customise the copy for the SMS that gets sent out so it’s on-brand and clear it’s from your company. 

WhatsApp review collection

When it comes to connecting businesses with their customers, simplicity is key. Other collection methods

Our review share link is a URL which goes straight to the Write a review page, with your business name pre-populated on the form. 

We’d suggest copy and pasting it into emails, social media, and invoices. It’s a simple way to reach your customers where they hang out the most. 

Your customers will need to have created a Hellopeter profile, and log in before they can write their review from the Share Link. 

QR codes

Like the review share link, your customers will need to have created a Hellopeter profile, and log in before they can write their review using the QR code.

A QR code is a review collection tool, which you can either embed or use at your point-of-sale (PoS). You can embed your personal QR code in your website, email signatures, receipts, invoices and more. You can also print out your QR code so your customers will be able to review your business while they’re in your store.  

Hellopeter enables you to generate multiple unique QR codes to collect reviews from different locations. This allows you to manage and compare reviews across multiple locations or branches from one workspace.

Facebook Review Collection Widget

The Hellopeter Facebook Review Tab makes it easy for your customers to write reviews directly from your Facebook business page. Your customers can also see your Hellopeter reviews and metrics directly from your Facebook page.

On-site Review Collection Widget

Embedding the Hellopeter Review Tab on your website makes it easy for your customers to write reviews directly from your website without redirecting to Hellopeter. Additionally, there’s no registration or sign-in blocker for your customers. This means the recipient won’t be required to sign-in or create a Hellopeter profile before being able to publish a review. In order to verify your customer, we send a one time pin to their phone when publishing their review.
