How to Track Your Order

Checking shipment updates

Once the partner pharmacy generates a tracking number for your order, it will be sent to you via email.

Stay Updated Every Step of the Way:

  • If you have any questions or would like to follow up on your order, you can email us directly or log in to your account on our website to contact us through your patient dashboard.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 business hours after your package is scanned or the shipping label is created.

  • Partner pharmacies typically ship orders Monday through Thursday, with limited Friday shipments for Saturday delivery.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

  • If a shipping label is created after 4 p.m. CST on Friday or anytime over the weekend, your package will generally be picked up by the carrier on the next business days (Monday or Tuesday).
