We want to provide clarity regarding our policies for compounded medications dispensed through partner pharmacies.
Returns for Compounded Medications
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of compounded medications and pharmacy regulations, once medications are prepared and dispensed, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Concerns or Dispensing Errors: If you believe there has been an error in dispensing or have concerns about your medication, contact the dispensing pharmacy directly within 48 hours of delivery. They are best equipped to address these situations promptly.
Refunds and Cancellations
Important Notes:
No Refunds Once Shipped: Compounded medications are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Refunds are not provided for undeliverable or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
Order Cancellations (Before Medication is Prepared):
If a telehealth visit has been completed and a prescription order submitted, you may cancel the order on the same day as your visit.
A refund of the total amount paid minus a $50 service fee will be issued.
To cancel, provide written notice via email to info@hellowellness.health on the day of your telehealth visit.
Replacement Policy for Lost or Discrepant Shipments
If your medication is lost in transit (not marked as delivered by the carrier), we will coordinate with the Partner pharmacy to send a replacement at no extra cost.
If a package is reported as not received, but records indicate delivery, HelloWellness may reship on a case-by-case basis, subject to verification.
