If you need to update the shipping address for your current order, follow these steps:
Warning: We can only guarantee a successful address change if you submit your request before a tracking label is created for your order.
Log In to Your Account
Navigate to Your Addresses: In the menu on the left side of your screen, click on "Addresses."
Open the Request Form: Click "Open" on the box that says "Request Shipping Address Update."
Fill Out the Form
Submit Your Request: Click "Send Request."
Our Customer Service team will review your request immediately to determine if the change is possible. We will notify you once we have a status update.

Please take note that if the subscription is not resumed within 30 days or less, you may be required to have a new consultation with your healthcare provider and/or prescriber and may be required to restart the medication based on a new prescription at a different dosage based on your provider’s recommendations and judgment. Therefore, it is possible that your previous dosage strength will not be continued.To maintain continuity including your current dosage, resume your medication within 30 days.
