Why Your Order Was Not Approved

Healthcare providers carefully review each submission. If your order was not approved, it’s usually for one of the following reasons:

  • Incomplete Clinical Intake Questionnaires: All questionnaires must be fully completed so the provider can properly review your health and wellness needs.

  • Medical History: The provider may determine that the plan is not the right fit for you based on your medical history.

  • Missing or Unclear Identification: We require clear and valid identification to verify your identity.

  • Payment Not Completed: Orders are automatically canceled if payment isn’t completed within the 7-day authorization period.

  • Failed Payment: If there was an issue processing your payment, your order cannot move forward. Double-check your payment details or contact your bank if needed.
