Here’s how the review process works:
Step 1: Complete Your Review Requirements
The review process begins once your order is received, as it must be evaluated and approved by a healthcare provider. To ensure a smooth and timely review, please complete the following:
Fill out the clinical intake questionnaire – This helps the provider understand your needs and goals.
Upload your identification – This is required to verify your identity securely.
Provide your current prescription (if applicable) – If you are already on treatment, please share the medication you’re using and upload a copy of your prescription or a clear photo of your medication/vials.
Please note: The review timeline depends on how quickly all required information is submitted. Incomplete steps may delay the approval process.
You can track your progress and complete any pending steps through your HelloWellness Patient Dashboard.
Step 2: What Happens After Approval?
Once your order is approved:
Your prescription is sent to a partner pharmacy for compounding.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your medication to be compounded and shipped.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Please note: The 5 to 7 business days timeframe begins after your provider has approved your order.
To review your prescription details and instructions, please refer to the email titled:
“Your Prescription Has Been Approved – Product Instructions Included.”
This email contains important information about your medication, including how to use it—please review it carefully.
