What payment options are available for purchasing a sofa, and how are international payments handled?

We offer flexible, secure, and globally supported payment options to make your purchase experience smooth and convenient—whether you’re buying locally or internationally.

Payment Options Available

You can pay for your sofa using any of the following methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards

    • Visa

    • MasterCard

    • American Express

    • Discover

    • Diners Club

  • Installment Plans (via Affirm—subject to eligibility)

📌 Orders paid by credit card will be processed once full payment is received.
📌 Orders placed with Affirm will be shipped after Affirm confirms and approves the financing agreement.

Supported Currencies

We support major international currencies, including:

  • USD (United States Dollar)

  • EUR (Euro)

  • GBP (British Pound)

  • CAD (Canadian Dollar)

  • CHF (Swiss Franc)

  • AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)

  • Other currencies may be available based on your location

💱 Currency conversion is automatic based on your region.
The final amount at checkout reflects the real-time converted price, and the payment will be processed in the selected currency.

Financing Options with Affirm

Need more time to pay? You can split your payment into installments using Affirm.

  • Approval is handled directly by Affirm during checkout

  • Payment terms and interest rates vary based on your credit profile

  • For more details, please refer to Affirm’s Terms & Conditions

International Transaction Fees

All payments are processed in the currency selected at checkout.
If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may charge an international transaction fee.

ℹ️ We recommend checking with your bank to understand any additional fees or conversion charges.

Payment Issues and Declined Transactions

If your payment was declined, here are a few common reasons:

  • Insufficient funds or credit limits

  • Incorrect billing information

  • Your bank blocks international transactions by default

  • Fraud protection triggers from your card provider

💡 What to do:

  • Double-check your billing information

  • Try using a different payment method

  • Contact your bank to approve the transaction
