Before You Delete Your Account

Deleting your Sofatica account is a permanent decision, and once completed, you’ll no longer have access to the following:

  • Reward Points & Credits: Any unused points or store credits will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

  • Exclusive Offers & Early Access: You’ll miss out on updates about limited-time sales, private events, and the launch of new collections.

  • Account History: Your order history, delivery status, and product preferences will be erased.

  • Newsletter Benefits: You’ll no longer receive insider tips, seasonal offers, and sneak peeks into our new products.

  • Faster Checkout: Saved addresses, payment preferences, and personalized recommendations will be gone.

Need to Take a Break Instead?

We get it—sometimes you just want a break from emails or notifications but don’t need to delete your account entirely. Here are a few options you can consider:

  • Unsubscribe from Promotional Emails: If you'd like to stop receiving marketing emails, simply click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email. Your account will stay active.

Still Want to Delete Your Account?

If you’re sure about deleting your account, we're here to assist you. To proceed, please contact our support team:

  • Email Subject: “Account Deletion Request”

  • Include: The email address associated with your account.

  • Verification: If possible, confirm your most recent order number for verification.

Once we’ve verified your request, we’ll permanently remove your account and send you a confirmation when the process is complete.
