Before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD), carefully inspect the shipment for:
Carton damage (visible dents, tears, or signs of external impact)
Product damage (if the order includes an inspection service upon delivery)
Property damage (scratches, dents, or any delivery-related concerns)
If any damage is noticed, it is recommended to take clear photos as supporting evidence before signing the POD.
Step 2: Report the Issue Immediately
If any damage is identified, the issue must be reported while the delivery team is still present.
Please inform the delivery personnel and make sure the issue is recorded on the POD.
