Reporting a Delivery Issue

If there is an issue with your delivery, follow the steps below to ensure a smooth resolution.

Step 1: Inspect and Document the Condition Before Signing

Before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD), carefully inspect the shipment for:

  • Carton damage (visible dents, tears, or signs of external impact)

  • Product damage (if the order includes an inspection service upon delivery)

  • Property damage (scratches, dents, or any delivery-related concerns)

If any damage is noticed, it is recommended to take clear photos as supporting evidence before signing the POD.

Step 2: Report the Issue Immediately

If any damage is identified, the issue must be reported while the delivery team is still present.

  • Please inform the delivery personnel and make sure the issue is recorded on the POD.

  • Please reach out to customer support and share the following details:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the damage

    • A brief description of the issue
