What’s Covered Under the 10-Year Warranty?

Our 10-year warranty applies to wall and flooring panels used under normal residential conditions and covers the following:

  1. Structural Integrity, Panels and components are covered against structural failures, breakage, or manufacturing defects.

  2. Craftsmanship & Workmanship, Defects such as loose components, faulty installation, or issues caused by manufacturing defects will be addressed under warranty.

  3. Light Commercial Use (Limited Coverage), For low-traffic commercial environments (such as boutique offices or small retail spaces), we provide 1-year coverage on materials and structural components.

What’s Not Covered?

To maintain transparency, the following are not covered by the warranty:

  1. Wear and Tear, Normal aging effects, such as fading, scratches, or softening of the panels over time, are not covered.

  2. Natural Material Variations, Natural changes in the appearance of materials such as wood grain, stone textures, or color variations due to aging are not included.

  3. Outdoor Exposure, Panels exposed to outdoor conditions, including weather, will not be covered under the warranty. This includes panels not recommended for outdoor use but installed outdoors, as they may be subject to damage from environmental factors such as moisture, UV exposure, and temperature fluctuations.

  4. Surface Degradation, Damage from spills, high moisture, or prolonged exposure to sunlight that may affect the finish or material integrity.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue that may be covered under warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support. Email customer support with your order number at support@thepanelhub.com.

  2. Provide proof of purchase. Please attach a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

  3. Submit Photos or Video. We kindly request clear photos or videos of the issue to help us assess the claim promptly.

  4. Receive Resolution Options

  • If approved, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund options depending on the nature of the defect.

Warranty Resolutions & Processing Time

  • Replacement parts: Shipped within 8-14 weeks after approval.

  • Repairs: We may reimburse repair costs with pre-approval if required.

  • Full replacements: For major defects, a full exchange will be arranged.

  • Refunds: If no resolution is possible, a refund may be issued based on the product value.
